Ralph & Staci

Ralph Caiazzo has been involved in the restaurant business with his family since the age of nine. He and his family have owned several pizzerias and Italian restaurants over the last 35 years. He has always loved meeting new people and building strong relationships with his customers. He strives to make all of his guests happy and to make their dining experience the best that it can possibly be. He insists on a clean environment and fresh wholesome foods.

Staci Caiazzo met Ralph the summer before her junior year at Villanova University, where she was a finance major. She met him while ordering a slice of pizza at his familys pizzeria, Campus Pizza. Two years later, Staci attended law school in Huntington, New York, and Ralph opened Anna Mia restaurant on the south side of Bethlehem. Staci drove home from New York every weekend to help Ralph at the restaurant and was bitten by the restaurant bug. She, like Ralph, loved meeting and talking with new people on a nightly basis.

After her graduation from law school, Staci took a job as an attorney in Easton, and Ralph continued at Anna Mias. In 2001, Ralph and his family opened Anna Bella restaurant and eventually sold his beloved Anna Mias. During this time, Ralph and Staci welcomed three beautiful children into their Molto Pazzo (very crazy) hectic world: Philip, Antonio and Gianna.

Ralph and Staci have always loved Bethlehem and especially Main Street. When the opportunity arose to open a location here, they jumped at the chance, although Staci initially told her husband he was crazy for taking on yet another venture. Their friends and family, although happy for them, thought they were also very crazy for adding to their already full plates. The restaurants name, Molto Pazzo, was born from the above sentiments. Ralph and Staci love people, love food and love to be busy!

Ralph and Staci truly hope that you enjoy your dining experience.

Please introduce yourselves to them. They love meeting their guests!
