The brunch menu that Victoria Gastro Pub in Columbia serves on Saturday and Sunday isn't huge but it's well curated, pared down to the essential, and creative, sweet and savory treats like Victoria eggs Benedict with prosciutto and crab meat, mascarpone-stuffed challah French toast and "rosti," a dish of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and a Gruyere pancake with dill creme fraiche. Who wants to have to think at brunch?
